The Instructional Swim* program is for individuals who have a physical or visual disability who are new to swimming. Athletes will be assigned one-on-one to a volunteer swim instructor. Floatation devices will not be used in the teaching progression.

4:00-4:45pm and 5:00-5:45pm (instructional, ages 5-17)

A GLASA Membership is required for all individuals who would like to participate in GLASA's Weekly Programs. Scholarships are available as GLASA will never turn anyone away due to financial hardship. Please contact GLASA if you are in need of a scholarship or would like to try out GLASA's programs with 1 free month.
