  • Every Ambassador must submit your application before being accepted. In order to register, you must be the Official Representative of the Ambassador on the application.

    Team Amplife® is only eligible to the disabled community. If you are not a part of, relevant to, or supporting the disabled community, then you are not eligible. Full eligibility criteria is in the Team Amplife® Participation Agreement.

    An Official Representative of a Team Amplife® Ambassador has authority to access program information on behalf of the Ambassador they represent.

    No. Customers may only choose Amplife® Love Causes as they are eligible to earn donations. As a Team Amplife® Ambassador, you will not earn a commission. You will still receive a referral link that will track people you bring to amplife.co.

    The only way to earn Amplife® Clothing is by completing enough monthly tasks to be placed in Tier 2, 3, or 4. If you would like to earn donations, you can also apply as an Amplife® Love Cause.These are separate programs but if you lose eligibility as either a Cause or Ambassador, then you will lose eligibility in all programs.

    Full eligibility criteria is in the Team Amplife® Participation Agreement.

    We require a valid email address so that we can communicate important program information to each Ambassador. From time to time, we will send emails with information about Team Amplife® Program promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

    No. As a Team Amplife® Ambassador, you will not earn a commission. You will still receive a referral link and code that will track people you bring to amplife.co.

  • Team Amplife® is for anybody living the Amplife®. You help us promote our products and offerings, and in exchange, get to earn free gear before it drops, Team Only Discounts, your Ambassador Page on amplife.co and submit collaboration projects.

    Whether you're a micro, mega or no-influencer, we invite all creators committed to bettering the disabled community to join.

    People that are not a part of, relevant to, or do not serve the disabled community are not eligible to participate.

    Team Amplife® Ambassadors must also adhere to the Team Amplife® Participation Agreement to maintain eligibility. You may choose not to participate in Team Amplife® at any time.

    Although we aim to include only people that are in good standing and do not engage in any of the activities described in our agreement, we cannot guarantee the good standing and/or conduct of any person.

    Team Amplife® begins with the application. Once you are accepted, we will create your Ambassador Page with your submitted information within 3 weeks. Before sending your welcome gift (when you are accepted into the program), we send you an email to confirm your page and anything else preventing us from sending it out, such as having your Ambassador Social Media Account(s) private or an incomplete address. You will receive Team Amplife® Program Information the month after making your page live on amplife.co.

    Every month, we will send you a theme and corresponding form where you can upload your content to place yourself in Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4. Ambassador content includes social media posts, promoting specific products, incorporating the theme we set for the month, etc.

    You are not required to do anything for Team Amplife® besides having your Ambassador Social Media Account(s) public. If you do not post any content during that month, in general or uploaded to the form, you will not be eligible to receive the monthly gift.

    After the end of the month, we will receive your submitted form, determine your post point value and send your gift, if eligible. If you do not follow the guidelines under the post type, your response may be ineligible and may not receive the value associated with the post, though we may still count it towards your gift, but only up to Tier 1.

    Gifts do not stack and will be ineligible for redemption after the end of the following month / a month from when the gift redemption was sent (January gift redemption sent on February 7th will be ineligible after March 7th).

    Post Type:

    Photos = 5 points each post (max tier 2).

    Short Form Videos (3 min and below) = 7 points each post (max tier 3).

    Long Form Videos (3 min +) = 10 points each post (max tier 3).

    Blogs / Articles = 20 points each post (max tier 4).

    Podcasts = 20 points each podcast (max tier 4).

    Email Newsletters = 6 points each newsletter (max tier 2).

    Livestreams = 15 points each livestream (max tier 3).

    Other - Anything else you think of, and we will give points accordingly.

    No. There is no charge to participate and we do not deduct any fees from the gift amount. Amplife® funds the operation of Team Amplife®.

    Yes. We may charge to ship the gift depending on your country.

    From time to time, we may feature one or more Ambassador accomplishments from the total list. We do this to make it easier for customers to find and support you, but we do not endorse any particular person or what they support.

    To apply, please submit a Team Highlight Application. Sign in to your Team Amplife® Portal, then on the home page, select the Team Highlight link to access the application.

    No. There are no donations through Team Amplife®. To receive donations, you must be an Amplife® Love Cause.

    Customers can make direct donations from your Cause's About Page and arrange for donated products to be delivered to your location through Amplife® Love Lists. Customers who support your Cause by choosing and shopping through Amplife® Love do not make direct donations and their information will not be shared with your Cause.

    If you would like to earn donations, you can also apply as an Amplife® Love Cause.These are separate programs but if you lose eligibility as either a Cause or Ambassador, then you will lose eligibility in all programs.

    If you want to be a Team Amplife® Ambassador, please submit your application.
    If you do not want to participate in the Team Amplife® Program, please contact us and request to be removed.

    Sign in to your Team Amplife® Portal and select “Info”. From there you will be able to change your information. Please contact us to change your email.

    If the Official Representative is no longer with your Ambassador, include a request to remove them and please provide contact information for the new Official Representative.

  • Each month, Amplife® sends gift redemptions to eligible Ambassadors by email. 

    After the end of the month, we will receive your submitted form, determine your post point value and send your gift, if eligible. Gifts do not stack and will be ineligible for redemption after the end of the following month / a month from when the gift redemption was sent (January gift redemption sent on February 7th will be ineligible after March 7th).

    In the email, we let you know when your gift ships out or when it was shipped, if eligible, and update your Team Only Discount. We will send it to the location you provided on your application and you can track it like an order from amplife.co.

    Amplife® will donate 1.43% of the purchase amount from customers’ eligible Amplife® Love purchases to the Cause they choose.

    The purchase amount for each item is the sale price, excluding shipping, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, returns, and bad debt. Eligible listings will say on their listing page "Eligible for Amplife® Love donation". Listings that are not eligible will not generate donations.

    Yes but it only displays on our end. To receive this number, please contact us and request your received gift amount history.

    On your Team Amplife® Portal, it displays the number of referrals, orders, conversions, and gifts received based on date ranges you can change. There is also an analytics section that is even more in depth.

    If you registered and were accepted as an Ambassador, but did not receive a gift disbursement, please ensure that you have added the correct information to your profile from the Team Amplife® Portal.

    Before receiving your welcome gift (when you are accepted into the program), we send you an email to confirm your Ambassador Page and anything else preventing us from sending it out, such as having your Ambassador Social Media Account(s) private or an incomplete address. Check if you received these emails to ensure you receive your gift.

    Besides the welcome gift, you will not receive a gift if you are not in a Tier for that month. Gifts do not stack and will be ineligible for redemption after the end of the following month / a month from when the gift redemption was sent (January gift redemption sent on February 7th will be ineligible after March 7th).

    Sign in to your Team Amplife® Portal to access tools to help you spread the word to your supporters.

    You'll find your Love Link to amplife.co that can be easily shared on social media, newsletters, your website, and QR code. On the Marketing Tools tab, you'll be able to generate a Love Link from any listing page. On that same page you'll be able to upload and browse your files and access files uploaded by us. Also, access your Toolbar at the top of amplife.co to easily add links.

    Ambassadors may spread the word to supporters using email, website banners, links, widgets, social media posts, direct mail, print collateral, and signage in accordance with our guidelines.

  • No. We do not share or sell account information or email addresses. Your social media will be on your Ambassador page.

    We may occasionally publicly disclose the amount of gifts to all or particular Ambassadors resulting from the Team Amplife® program; however, we will never disclose information that ties referrals to individual customers.

    No. Amplife® will not share individual customer information with you regarding customers who have entered through your referral link. Customers will have access to your social media information where they may notify you of their support.

NO. AMPLIFE™ WILL NOT SHARE INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH YOU REGARDING CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SELECTED TO SUPPORT YOUR CAUSE. CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION WHERE THEY MAY NOTIFY THEIR SUPPORT TO YOUR CAUSE. PLEASE SEE THE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
