GLASA provides a continuum of coaching for both ambulatory and wheelchair track and field from the beginner to elite level athlete.

Being part of Team GLASA provides access to equipment, cross-training, dedicated coaches with Paralympic experience, logistical assistance, individual goal setting, and a schedule of competitions based on the caliber of the athlete.

Practices are held on Saturday mornings in Lake Forest, exact time varies by each event. Please login to your SportsPlus account to view exact details.

Overview

A GLASA Membership is required for all individuals who would like to participate in GLASA's Weekly Programs. Scholarships are available as GLASA will never turn anyone away due to financial hardship. Please contact GLASA if you are in need of a scholarship or would like to try out GLASA's programs with 1 free month.
