At Amplife®, privacy is a fundamental human right. It is also one of our core values. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and support a policy of openness about how we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information.

"We," "us," or "our" refers to Amplife® and Amplife LLC. "You" or "your" refers to the Official Representative and Ambassador participating or seeking to participate in the Team Amplife® Program.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about our practices relating to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of Personal Information that may be provided through access to or use of our websites, including the websites located at amplife.co and team.amplife.co (collectively referred to as the "Website") as well as our services and related products (collectively referred to as the "Services"), or that may otherwise be collected by us.

By using our Services or Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below), including Sensitive Personal Information, in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which are hereby incorporated into and form a part of the Team Amplife® Participation Agreement.

This Privacy Policy covers how we handle Personal Information when you interact with us through the Team Amplife® Program and our Websites. It also explains how you can contact us if you have a question about, want to make a change to, or want to delete any Personal Information we may be holding about you. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read this Privacy Policy and retain it for future reference.

Third-party websites may have additional privacy policies or statements which govern their practices in collecting, storing, using and disclosing your Personal Information. Please read those additional privacy policies or statements carefully.

What is Personal Information

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or linkable to them by Amplife®, no matter where the individual lives. This means that data that directly identifies you, such as your name, is Personal Information, and also data that does not directly identify you but that can reasonably be used to identify you, such as the location of your device, is Personal Information. Aggregated data is considered non-personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

"Sensitive Personal Information" means Personal Information that reveals a Social Security number, tax identification number (EIN), financial account information, or other categories defined as sensitive under applicable law, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What Personal Information We Collect

We strive to collect only the personal data that we need. The Personal Information we may collect in the course of you accessing or using the Website or the Services may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Contact information (such as first and last name, address, zip code, email address, telephone number, professional title, and social media handles);

  2. Social media profile information (such as username and other profile data);

  3. Financial and payout information (such as bank account number, routing number, and online payment account identifiers) for the purpose of remitting Commission payments to you;

  4. Tax identification information (such as IRS Form W-9 data, including Social Security number or Employer Identification Number) collected solely for the purpose of issuing required tax documentation and complying with IRS reporting obligations;

  5. Demographic information (such as age and occupation) and information about individual preferences; and

  6. Personal information you transmit to us or authorize us to obtain from you or a third party in connection with the Services ("Customer Data").

Information you give us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or give us in any other way. You are not required to provide Personal Information. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with Services or respond to requests you may have. You provide most of this information when you create an Ambassador Account and update your account, including in your application and in any communications with us.

Automatic information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our Website and other content served by or on behalf of the Website. We may also receive or store information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. Examples of the information we collect and analyze include:

  • the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet;

  • email address used to sign in;

  • computer and connection information such as browser type, version, operating system, and platform;

  • the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Website (including date and time);

  • cookie identifiers.

We may also use browser data such as cookies or similar data on certain parts of our Website for fraud prevention and other purposes. During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information.

Email communications: To help us make emails more useful, we often receive confirmation when you open email from us if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive email from us, please adjust your Communication Preferences or contact us.

Information from other sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

Sensitive Personal Information

We collect Sensitive Personal Information (including tax identification numbers such as Social Security numbers and EINs submitted via IRS Form W-9) solely to fulfill IRS reporting obligations and to process Commission disbursements. We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for any other purpose, including advertising or profiling. We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to the purposes described in this section.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to:

  1. Administer your Ambassador Account and the Team Amplife® Program;

  2. Process and remit Commission payments to you;

  3. Issue required tax documentation (IRS Form 1099 and related documents);

  4. Provide you with personalized Services and a personalized experience on our Website;

  5. Research, develop, manage, protect and improve those Services and the Website;

  6. Communicate with you about the Program, your account, and updates to this Policy or the Participation Agreement; and

  7. Comply with applicable law and legal process.

We do not review, share, distribute, sell or reference any Personal Information or Customer Data except as provided for in the terms of use for our Website and Services, or as may be required by law.

We do not sell your Personal Information including as "sale" is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) or Nevada privacy law. We also do not "share" your personal data as that term is defined under California law for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

How We Share Your Personal Information

You expressly consent to the sharing of your Personal Information as described in this policy.

We do not sell, license, trade or rent any Personal Information or Customer Data collected from our Services to or with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your W-9 information with payment processors and financial institutions as necessary to process Commission disbursements.

We may share your Personal Information with:

  1. Partner Companies: They provide technical support or specific Services, such as hosting, database management, or payment processing. Partner Companies will have access to your Personal Information only to perform these services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose any information to any other party. They are required to protect Personal Information and to comply with the general privacy principles described in this Privacy Policy.

  2. Affiliated Businesses: We work closely with affiliated businesses that operate on or in connection with amplife.co. They are required to protect Personal Information collected by them on our behalf or disclosed to them by us, and to comply with the general privacy principles described in this Privacy Policy.

Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information, we may disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  1. comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us;

  2. protect or defend our rights or property or those of users of our Service; or

  3. protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.

Although we currently do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control, we may in the future. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with these related entities, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy. If another company acquires our company or our assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by it and us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We also reserve the right to disclose and/or transfer Personal Information to a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale, lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of Amplife® or of any of the business or assets or shares of Amplife® or a division thereof.

Your Privacy Rights

All Users

You have the right to request access to or correction of the Personal Information we hold about you by contacting us. You may also withdraw your consent to our use of your Personal Information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

California Residents (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Privacy Rights Act:

  1. Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

  2. Right to Delete: You may request that we delete Personal Information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

  3. Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.

  4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share your Personal Information as defined under California law. If this practice changes, we will update this policy and provide a mechanism to opt out.

  5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information to the purposes disclosed in this policy.

  6. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Knowledge and Consent

We collect Personal Information about you, from you, or from third parties you authorize us to collect such information from, only when you voluntarily provide it or authorize us to collect it. Typically, we will seek consent for the use or disclosure of your Personal Information at the time of collection.

You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. To withdraw your consent, contact us.

We will not, as a condition of the supply of a product or Service, require you to consent to the collection, use or disclosure of information beyond that required to fulfill the explicitly specified and legitimate purposes for which the information is being provided.

Use or Disclosure for Marketing Purposes

If you have not opted out of receiving marketing materials, we may use (but will not disclose) your Personal Information to promote and market additional goods, services and special offers from us, our affiliates and/or our business associates, including by means of direct marketing.

You can choose not to allow us to use your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes by contacting us.

Cookie Policy

When you visit our website, we place an alphanumeric identifier text file called a "cookie" in the browser directory of your computer's hard drive to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features and storage of your preferences in the Ambassador Portal. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store on your web browser and later retrieve.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information collected in the course of you accessing or using the Team Amplife® Program, Website, or Services is protected against loss, theft and unauthorized access. This protection applies in relation to information stored in both electronic and hard copy form.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Information). Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

Tax identification information (W-9 data) is subject to enhanced access controls and is accessible only to personnel with a direct operational need to process Commission disbursements or tax filings.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your Personal Information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable state and federal law. Where required, we will notify relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes specified by law. Notification will be provided to the email address associated with your Ambassador Account unless a different method is required by applicable law.

Children and Personal Information

We understand the importance of safeguarding the Personal Information of children, which we consider to be any individual under the age of 16. Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at team@amplife.co to request deletion.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Website may offer links to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for how such third parties collect, use or disclose your Personal Information. It is important to familiarize yourself with their privacy policies before providing them with your Personal Information.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Ambassador Account data: Retained for the duration of your participation in the Program and for 7 years following termination, to satisfy IRS recordkeeping requirements.

  • Tax documentation (W-9, 1099): Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with IRS regulations.

  • Commission records: Retained for 7 years.

  • Marketing and communication preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.

Your consent to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy remains valid after termination of our relationship with you for the periods stated above.

International Transfers of Personal Information

Amplife® is based in the United States. We use third-party service providers that may process and store your Personal Information on servers located in the United States and other countries. If you are visiting the Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

For users in the EEA or UK, transfers of Personal Information to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other transfer mechanisms approved under applicable data protection law. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory obligations or changes in the manner in which we deal with Personal Information. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any material change by email to the address associated with your Ambassador Account and/or by posting notice on our Website, consistent with Section 9 of the Participation Agreement. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice. The Privacy Policy posted on this Website at any given time shall be deemed to be the Privacy Policy then in effect.

Correcting or Updating Your Information

You can help us maintain the accuracy of your Personal Information by notifying us of any changes. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or an update to your Personal Information.

On your Ambassador Portal, you can access your Personal Information, including name, email, communications and personalized preferences, payment settings, and email notification settings.

Social Platforms Authentication and Data

We use authorized data from YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms to power Team Amplife® features. You can request your authorized data be deleted from our systems by contacting us.

We use third-party services such as YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms ("Social Platforms") APIs to collect authorized data. You can learn more about each respective Social Platform's terms of service and privacy policies via the links below:

You can revoke our access to your data from YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter at any time via each respective platform's app and security settings via the links below. Note that revoking such authorizations may limit or eliminate certain functionality in our Service.

Amplife® takes your privacy questions seriously. Our team reviews your inquiry to determine how best to respond. In most cases, all substantive contacts receive a response within seven days. We may require additional information or let you know that we need more time to respond.

Where your complaint indicates an improvement could be made in our handling of privacy issues, we will take steps to make such an update at the next reasonable opportunity. In the event that a privacy issue has resulted in a negative impact on you or another person, we will take steps to address that with you or that other person.

You may at any time, including if you are not satisfied with our response, refer your complaint to the applicable regulatory authority.
